Our Lion Experience offers you the chance to go behind the scenes at the Lion enclosure to learn what it takes to look after these magnificent predators.
WE HAVE 3 TYPES OF LION EXPERIENCE
What will you get up to? For around one hour, 2 or more participants will be with the animal team preparing and supporting them with their morning duties as they get ready for the lions to be released into their enclosure.
We now have different voucher options, whether you want to treat yourself or experience it with two or the family.

After purchasing your Lion Experience voucher, you will get an email confirmation with instructions on how to book your encounter. You must book your experience in advance by calling or emailing the experience team, quoting your booking reference.
Our Lion experiences run on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the year. The sessions must be pre-booked. Please note these are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The Lion Experience is available for adults and children aged 8 years and over. However, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who also has an Experience voucher.
Please note the accompanying adult may be required to go behind the scenes during the experience with the participant and it is therefore not suitable for the accompanying adult to be supervising another non-participating child.
We can allow a maximum of 2 people per experience from the same family.
How To Book

Buying as a Gift?
Do you know somebody who would love to receive this Lion Experience as a gift? You can send these vouchers through the post to the recipient’s address or decide to hang onto them to surprise them in person.

Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Note that open shoes are not permitted.
