Join us for a terrific tiger experience
Our Tiger Experience gives you the opportunity to join our animal team behind the scenes in our Tiger Trail to learn more about these terrific predators.
Starting at 9.30 am, you will be with the animal team for around an hour as they look after our Amur Tigers. You will be taken behind the scenes where we carry out husbandry training, which may include feeding at our training wall.

Our Tiger Experience allows you to join our team behind the scenes with An unforgettable 60-minute encounter. We now have different voucher options, whether you want to treat yourself or experience it with the family.

After purchasing your Tiger Experience voucher, you will get an email confirmation with instructions on how to book your encounter. You must book your experience in advance by calling or emailing the experience team, quoting your booking reference.
Our Tiger experiences run on Thursdays and Sundays from February to November. The sessions must be pre-booked and they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The Tiger Experience is available for adults and children aged 8 years and over. However, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who also has an Experience voucher.
The Family Tiger Experience is available for adults and children aged 8 years and over. Maximum 2 children per experience, children must to accompanied by a supervising adult, i.e 2 children and 2 adults. Groups of adults are also very welcome. The experience is for a maximum of 4 people.
Please note the accompanying adult may be required to go behind the scenes during the experience with the participant and it is therefore not suitable for the accompanying adult to be supervising another non-participating child.
We can allow a maximum of 4 people per experience from the same family.
