WE HAVE 2 TYPES OF GIRAFFE EXPERIENCE
Our Giraffe Experience gives you the opportunity to join our team on our giraffe platform with our giraffes to come face-to-face with the world's tallest animal. We have different voucher options, whether you want to treat yourself and a friend or experience it with the family.

After purchasing your Giraffe Experience voucher, you will get an email confirmation with instructions on how to book your encounter. You must book your experience in advance by calling or emailing the experience team, quoting your booking reference.

How to book

Buying as a Gift?
Do you know somebody who would love to receive this Giraffe Experience as a gift? You can send these vouchers through the post to the recipient’s address or decide to hang onto them to surprise them in person.

We will make every effort to accommodate guests on their preferred experience date, but we cannot guarantee this will be available. Please do not make any travel arrangements prior to confirming your preferred date is available.
All animal experiences are entered into at your own risk.
Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Note that open shoes are not permitted.
Disabled access is limited to this area. Please make us aware of any extenuating circumstances upon booking.

The Giraffe Experience is available for adults and children aged 6 years and over, however, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who will need to pay £10.00 admission. Additional adults and siblings pay normal admission prices. We can allow a maximum of 2 people per experience from the same family.
The Family Giraffe Experience is available for adults and children aged 6 years and over. A maximum of 2 children (6-18 years) are allowed per experience. There will be a maximum of 4 people per experience. There can be a maximum of 2 children and 2 adults on the giraffe platform, children must have an accompanying adult for supervision.
Please note the accompanying adult may be required to go behind the scenes during the experience with the participant and it is therefore not suitable for the accompanying adult to be supervising another non-participating child.
Adults are also very welcome, a maximum of 4 adults per experience.
