We try to make our animal experience as accessible as possible
We try to make our animal experience as accessible as possible, but unfortunately due to the nature of working with animals and the working environment, it isn’t possible to accommodate everyone.
Hopefully, the below frequency-asked questions help to give more details on what experiences are suitable, feel free to chat with the team if you have any further questions at 0151 430 9009.
Any of our guests with a registered disability taking part in an animal experience can bring a carer along with them free of charge. All you need to bring is proof of Carers Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or Attendance Allowance. Please don’t be offended by our staff asking for documentation, not all disabilities are visible and we try to treat all our guests the same.
Please note the carer will not be able to participate in the experience unless they too have purchased an experience voucher. Please note the experiences may vary slightly.
