Join us for an unforgettable Birds of Prey Experience
Our Birds of Prey Experience allows guests to get close to, fly and learn more about Birds of Prey. It has been designed in conjunction with Gauntlet Bird of Prey, Flight of the Talons, for an unforgettable experience.
What can you expect?
Your day will begin at 10:00 am where you will be given an introduction to birds of prey. You will learn about their life with us, how we train them and most exciting of all, how to handle and fly them. You will spend two hours handling and flying a range of species including our incredible owls and cheeky vultures! Finish the experience by taking one of our Harris hawks into the park's own woodland walk where you will see our hawks displaying their natural agility skills when swooping down to you!

After purchasing your experience voucher, you will get an email confirmation with instructions on how to book your encounter. You must book your experience in advance by emailing the team, quoting your booking reference.
Experiences are run all year round and are subject to availability. The experience needs to be booked in advance. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks to redeem your voucher once it has been received.
The Birds of Prey Experience is available for visitors aged 10 years and over. Children aged 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult who will pay standard admission.
There will be a maximum of 2 people per experience, so please note that separate bookings are occasionally grouped. Spectators are welcome to watch at the cost of or standard Safari admission price at the time of the visit.
