To begin your safari experience, first you’ll need to get here! Don’t worry, whether you have a car or not, it’s simple! If you're coming by car you can rest assured knowing we have free parking on the foot safari. We now have pedestrian footpaths right up to our front gates from Prescot town centre, so if you're not coming by car your journey car be safe and simple.

If you're wondering how you can explore the safari without a car, well, we're so much more than a safari drive. Our foot safari is teeming with activities from animal displays, amusement rides and our Amur Tiger Trail. Come and check it out!

You can get to us easily from the motorway. From M62, exit at junction 6, then take M57 and exit at junction 2. At the roundabout you just need to follow the brown safari signs and you’ll find us.

We have a brand new pedestrian footpath leading you from Prescot Town Centre right to our front gates! This will help you cross the busy A58 carefully using the pedestrian crossing from Knowsley Park Lane, Precot and safely arrive for your safari adventure. 

Arrive to the safari by bus! Prescot Bus Station is a short taxi ride from Knowsley Safari.

If you are walking to the safari park from Prescot town centre, use Knowsley Park Lane and there is a pedestrian crossing to the safari park.

Alternatively, hop on the 530 Safari Xpress from Liverpool city centre on selected days throughout the school holidays. Find out more here.

Prescot train station is only a few minutes taxi ride from the park. Trains arrive at Prescot Station from Liverpool Lime Street every 30 mins.
