Wander through our dazzling illuminated Foot Safari, discover magical glowing animal installations, and soak up the festive spirit with cosy treats and family fun at every turn. Whether you're chasing adventure or festive feels, Enchanted has something for everyone!

You must purchase Enchanted Admission Tickets for your party to purchase a Santa Grotto ticket. Please do not book a Santa's Grotto ticket before your booked arrival time to the park. To book a Santa Grotto ticket just add the grotto experience at checkout. Separate booking fee applies.
Amusement rides are open from 4-9pm and are not included in the admission price. Tokens are £1 each (number of tokens required per ride vary), or £14 for an unlimited wristband.
Refreshments are not included in the admission price (only marshmallows are included in Enchanted tickets)
Visitors can arrive at the park from 4:00 pm but will only be permitted access to the trail at their allocated time slot. Last entry to Enchanted is at 7.30pm. Last entry time to the Winter Village is at 7:40. The park will close promptly at 9pm.
