Our brand new bear experiences have just launched!
You could be one of the first to go behind the scenes of our newest attraction, Bear Country, and join our amazing carnivore team in learning about these incredible animals.
We have introduced different voucher options to cater to your preferences, whether you wish to treat your entire family or embark on this extraordinary journey with a special companion.
WE HAVE 2 TYPES OF BEAR EXPERIENCE
For around one hour, you will have the chance to join our Learning & Discovery team and create some enrichment for the bears. Enrichment aims to increase animals’ well-being by encouraging exercise, satisfying behavioural needs and optimising the level of stimulation that animals receive.
You will then meet our carnivore team who will guide you through giving the bears their enrichment alongside their breakfast, and have the unique opportunity to ask any questions.

The Bear Experience is available for adults and children aged 8 years and over. However, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who also has an Experience voucher.
Please note that during the encounter, the accompanying adult will be required to go behind the scenes with the participant and it is therefore not suitable for the accompanying adult to be supervising another non-participating child.
We can allow a maximum of 4 people per encounter from the same family. Our Bear experiences run on Tuesdays and Fridays from March to September. The sessions must be pre-booked. Please note these are non-transferable and non-refundable.
How To Book
After purchasing your voucher, you will get an email confirmation with instructions on how to book your encounter. You must book your session in advance by calling or emailing the experience team, quoting your booking reference.

Do you know somebody who would love to receive this Bear experience as a gift? You can send these vouchers through the post to the recipient’s address or decide to hang onto them to surprise them in person.
