At Knowsley Safari, we have over 550 acres of wide-open spaces. From woodland trails to our sparkling lake and waterfall, providing the perfect setting to unwind and recharge.
Our Wellbeing Through Wildlife programme offers weekly, two-hour sessions designed to help adults reconnect with nature while enjoying fascinating encounters with our animals. Over the course of six weeks, you’ll:
Immerse yourself in calming natural surroundings
Discover uplifting facts about wildlife and conservation
Spend time outdoors with like-minded people
Experience the positive benefits of connecting with nature

Each week of the programme offers something a little different, with a balance of nature-based activities and animal-focused learning
From mindful walks through our woodland and lakeside areas to engaging sessions with our animal experts, you’ll have the chance to discover fascinating wildlife facts, enjoy gentle outdoor activities, and reflect on the positive impact of being in nature. While we follow a structured timetable, activities may vary slightly as we work around the needs of our animals and the natural environment.
