All the recent snow hasn't dampened the spirits of the animals at Knowsley and the park has remained open throughout the bad weather.

Our animals all had great fun too with many of the animals experiencing snow for the very first time. Our baboons had great fun digging in the snow and sliding on the ice and our new lion cubs enjoyed a run around and roll in the snow before it all melted. The only animals staying inside so far have been the elephants and rhinos who feel the cold more than others.

Many of our season ticket holders have decided to use the unlimited access they have to the park to visit and see our animals in the wintery surroundings with many of the great photographs they have taken being entered into our photographic competition.
